Beth's career in animal care began in 2001 when she started working at the Franklin County Animal Shelter in Farmington, while attending college. After caring for the residents of the animal shelter for a number of years, she took a job at a local veterinary hospital as a Kennel Assistant. Beth has been in the veterinary field since 2005 and is now a Veterinary Technician. She is a volunteer transporter for Avian Haven, a local bird rescue, and enjoys the small role she plays in assisting such a wonderful facility. She resides in Oakland with her husband, 2 daughters, cat, Dora, and coop full of chickens. Beth’s favorite pastimes include sewing, reading and spending time at her family's camp in Greenville.
