Nicole's animal career started in 2004 when she started working weekends and summers at a local boarding kennel. A year after graduating high school, she took a local veterinary assistant job while taking classes. She quickly learned that this was a perfect fit for her. Gaining lots of experience over the years, she now works as a veterinary technician. In 2015, her daughter was diagnosed with stage four cancer and she had to put her job on hold while she cared for her. In 2019, she was finally able to return to work and start to rebuild her life. She is very happy to be back with her work family and doing what she loves. She resides in Fairfield with her daughter Natalie and many pets including some backyard chickens.
